Join wine writer Max Allen and food writer Richard Cornish as they introduce you to the exciting world of neuro gastronomy to teach you how the tongue, nose and brain work together to create the sense of flavour.
How do our brains combine taste and smell to produce flavour? How do our personal memories colour the experience of what we eat and drink? They’ll answer these questions the only way they know how: by sharing incredible food and wine (think ripe cheese, silky smallgoods, old reds, and rare sake).
